Discussion of Connecticut’s Revised Land Use Laws. Learn about the essential provisions for property owners and everyone in the land-development business

The Connecticut General Assembly has passed, and the Governor has signed, (1) a far-reaching bill that establishes new requirements and prohibitions for zoning regulation of housing development; (2) an extension of the duration of many land use permits and approvals; and (3) revised rules for  online/virtual/remote vs. “hybrid” vs. in-person land use agency hearings and meetings.

Public Act 21-29, signed by the Governor June 10, is real change, with substantial implications for land use in Connecticut. Join us for this webinar that will offer advice about how to take advantage of this bill’s provisions that start taking effect on October 1, 2021.
