The Connecticut General Assembly has passed, and the Governor has signed, (1) a far-reaching bill that establishes new requirements and prohibitions for zoning regulation of housing development; (2) an extension of the duration of many land use permits and approvals; and (3) revised rules for online/virtual/remote vs. “hybrid” vs. in-person land use agency hearings and meetings.
