Let me begin by saying we are extremely happy to be living in Deer Valley. The staff, grounds crew and the amenities are the best. We have only called a few times to have some small issues taking care of and they were addressed and corrected very quickly and that in itself is very impressive. The in ground heated pool and workout facilities are awesome as well, and we now know why there is a waiting list to move in.

VIEW ALLLIKE LIVING IN A GARDEN We love our home in the Deer Valley Townhouses. The staff is friendly and responsive. The spacious units are well cared for - and having a garage, private basement and porch are bonuses. There's a walking path, pool, gym, fire pit, clubs and activities that give Deer Valley a real community feel. The grounds are manicured with plenty of trees and shrubs that bring the birds and bunnies to your door. All this, and we don't have to lift a finger. We can just focus on work and family. We just can't say enough about it, we are so very grateful for such a wonderful place to call home.

VIEW ALLEight years ago my husband and I moved to Deer Valley planning to stay one year... and we found our new home. The owner, Eric Santini, fosters a true community for the residents through social events, a pool (always watched over by friendly and competent lifeguards), an updated gym, walking trail, community room, and beautifully maintained grounds. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The maintenance crew is skilled, polite, very trustworthy, and answer calls in a timely manner. Needless to say, we love it here and consider it a very luck find on our part!

VIEW ALLI moved into Deer Valley back in 2015. I’ve never been happier in a place that isn't my own house. The people here, from Eric Santini on down, treat me like family! Maintenance is impeccable. I've come to love it!

VIEW ALLWe have lived in Deer Valley 4 years plus. This has been the best decision because we never have to worry about anything. Everything about our unit makes us thankful for the opportunity to call Deer Valley our home. The owner and staff are always there for us with any issues or concerns!! Maintenance if you ever need are very prompt and respectful of our home. And we totally love the community events throughout the year. Our neighbors have also become dear friends, another added plus. Only wish we found Deer Valley sooner.

We also have one floor living, an attached two car garage, an enormous basement, a wrap-around porch, a beautifully landscaped setting, a much-appreciated swimming pool, and the best staff ever to maintain our home and to spoil us.
